VCT Americas

While not a shocking announcement, 100 Thieves announced a complete rebuild of its VALORANT roster, allowing every member of the team to explore new opportunities.

Furthermore, Sentinels also parted ways with its most experienced player, Jordan ‘Zellsis‘ Montemurro, star duelist, Zachary ‘zekken‘ Patrone, and controller, Sean ‘bang‘ Bezerra. The team later unveiled its new lineup, featuring Gabriel ‘cortezia‘ Cortez and Cubert Academy players, with contracts running until 2028.

G2 Esports’ decision not to renew Jonah ‘JonahP‘ Pulice’s contract received backlash from the community, as the timing of the announcement left the player with limited opportunities to find a new home. While the organisation competed at Red Bull Home Ground with Andrej ‘babybay‘ Francisty, his inclusion in the 2026 VCT roster has not been confirmed.

Meanwhile, VALORANT Champions 2025 winner Sam ‘s0m‘ Oh also announced his retirement from competitive play, and he has been replaced by the EMEA import, Georgio ‘keiko‘ Sanassy.
